REBECCA'S KITCHEN
Where meals are made simply, for lives lived fully
Rebecca Vincent is a food writer and storyteller with a passion for helping busy families create healthy, nourishing meals that feel both achievable and enjoyable. Through Rebecca’s Kitchen, she shares simple, wholesome recipes and practical resources designed to make everyday cooking easier, without sacrificing flavour, nutrition, or the joy of eating well.

As a mother of four teenage boys, Rebecca understands the realities of modern family life. Her kitchen is rarely quiet. It’s a place where meals are prepared alongside conversations, laughter, and the constant rhythm of a busy household. It’s from this lived experience that her work is shaped: a deep understanding that feeding a family isn’t just about food, it’s about care, connection, and creating moments that matter.

Rebecca’s approach to food is grounded in a predominantly plant-based philosophy, with flexibility at its core. She believes that healthy eating doesn’t need to be rigid or restrictive. Instead, it can be abundant, satisfying, and adaptable to suit the needs of each family. Her recipes are built around whole, nourishing ingredients, while still leaving room for flexibility, enjoyment, and real life.

She is deeply passionate about the powerful role food plays in our overall health and wellbeing. Rebecca believes that the meals we prepare each day can support not only physical health, but also energy levels, mood, and long-term vitality. Through her work, she aims to make this connection feel simple and accessible, helping families feel confident in creating meals that truly nourish.

Beyond recipes, Rebecca creates cookbooks, guides, and programs that support families in building sustainable, healthy habits. From meal planning and kitchen organisation to introducing more plant-based meals in a practical way, her focus is always on making healthy living feel manageable and realistic.

At the heart of everything Rebecca does is a simple belief: that good food has the power to bring people together, to nurture both body and mind, and to create a sense of comfort and belonging in even the busiest of homes.

Rebecca lives in Melbourne, Australia with her husband Orlando and their four teenage boys Josh, Dylan, Mitch and Levi.
